What markets and instruments does The Masterbook support?+
The Masterbook supports any market — Forex, Futures (NQ, ES, YM), Indices, Commodities (Gold, Oil), and Crypto. You can log any instrument manually, and the pair/instrument dropdown includes all major markets. If your instrument isn't listed, it can be added.
Can I import my existing trade history?+
Yes. The Masterbook includes a CSV import tool with an intelligent column mapper. It auto-detects common field names from platforms like TradingView, MT4/MT5, and most brokers. You can map your columns to The Masterbook fields manually if needed.
Is my trading data private and secure?+
Completely. Your data is stored in your own account with row-level security — meaning no other user can ever access your trades, psychology sessions, or journal entries. We use Supabase infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit.
How does the 3-day free trial work? Is a card required?+
Yes, a card is required — but you won't be charged a penny for 3 days. You get full access to every feature from the moment you subscribe. Cancel any time before day 4 and your card is never touched. After the trial, it's $49.95/month.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, cancel anytime directly from your Account page with one click — no emails, no forms, no waiting. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to come back.

What is the AI Trade Coach and how does it work?+
The AI Coach is powered by Claude (Anthropic's AI) and analyses your actual trade data — not generic advice. It looks at patterns in your wins, losses, compliance scores, and emotion tags to identify where your edge is leaking. You ask it a question, it answers based on your data. You'll need an Anthropic API key to use this feature.
